The Tenure Facility, in partnership with the Swedish International Agriculture Network Initiative (SIANI), invite you to join us for the online 2020 Partners Learning Exchange: “Community Resilience and Land Rights Progress”.
As the Coronavirus pandemic continues the shake the world, it is more important than ever that we build on our spirit of togetherness and resilience. We have witnessed with humility the efforts made by partners and communities to adapt to new realities whilst pursuing the vital goals targeted by our projects.
Each day for three consecutive days we will meet for 2.5 hours, to discuss successes and obstacles in tenure implementation during 2020, learn about innovative solutions to global challenges, and hear the voices of community members themselves. The event will offer an exciting opportunity to interact directly with the Indigenous Peoples’ and local community groups we support, as well as experts on various cross-cutting issues, including climate change, gender and conflict. The fourth day will be a training day focused on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, exclusively designed for Tenure Facility project partners.
This year we partner with SIANI to bring you an interactive online event. SIANI is an open and inclusive network-based communications platform that supports and promotes multisector dialogue on rural development and the SDGs, amongst others. They will deploy their very extensive experience in coordinating and facilitating participatory dialogues to our event.
The event will offer simultaneous translation in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Bahasa Indonesia.
Please note, this is an invitation-only event. Register your interest below, and invitees will receive an access link with detailed schedules via email ahead of the start date. Tenure Facility’s partners and relevant counterparts will be invited to attend the final Training Day on November 13.
